Summary of the Contract Terms for Domestic Recruitment-Organized Tours of the Nanki Health Tourism Association

・Participation in this tour requires submission of the designated registration form and payment of the registration fee. Reservations can also be made by phone or online, but the registration fee must be paid within 7 days. Minors require the consent of their legal guardian, and participants under junior high school age may be required to be accompanied by a companion. ・The tour fee must be paid in full 14 days prior to departure. The fee includes accommodation, meals, transportation, etc., but does not include personal expenses.

Cancellation fees

If you cancel your trip due to personal reasons after signing the contract, you will be charged a cancellation fee (based on the total travel cost) in accordance with the following regulations:
・20 days to 8 days before departure: 20%
・7 to 2 days before departure: 30%
・1 day before departure: 40%
・Departure day (before departure): 50%
・Absence without reason: 100%
・If you cancel the contract or withdraw from the trip after it has begun, no refund will be given. However, if a natural disaster or transportation issue prevents you from continuing the trip, a partial refund may be given.
・Our itineraries may include guided tours or unguided tours, and we will take necessary measures to ensure itinerary management and passenger safety. We will provide assistance in the event of illness or an accident during the trip, but any related expenses may be borne by the passenger.
・There are also provisions regarding changes to contract terms and compensation for problems that occur during the trip. Compensation for changes may be paid if certain conditions are met. Please fully understand these contract terms before signing up.
