On Hanshin Railway, passengers aged 6 to under 12 (elementary school students) are required to pay a fare.

For The Museum of Hanshin Koshien Stadium, children aged 4 to 12 (elementary school students) are required to purchase a separate child ticket in advance via the official ticket website. For details, please refer to each official website.

・Children who are 12 years old but still enrolled in elementary school are treated as children.
・Up to 4 tickets can be reserved at once; however, all users must travel together as one group. Separate use is not permitted.

・The digital ticket cannot be used in combination with other tickets or IC cards. Fare adjustment machines are also not available.
・Please use the ticket gates compatible with QR codes when boarding.
・For refunds before use, please contact the travel agency or other place of purchase. Refunds are not possible once the “Start Using” button has been pressed.
・The railway operator (service provider) may suspend or discontinue all or part of the services available with this digital ticket without prior notice to customers due to disasters or other reasons.
・Even after use has started, the railway operator (service provider) may provide refunds or other handling of the digital ticket if deemed necessary.
・If purchase information cannot be verified due to device malfunction, battery depletion, etc., the ticket cannot be used. In such cases, the regular passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately.
・This ticket is valid for one day from 3:00 AM until 2:59 AM the following day. Be sure to press the “Start Using” button after 3:00 AM on the day of use. If you start using it between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, it cannot be used after 3:00 AM.
・Handling is in accordance with the transportation terms and conditions.

*Open on Mondays if a game is held or if it falls on a national holiday.
