Monday - Sunday, 3:30AM - 6:00AM
- Please indicate your pick-up address and Hotel Name (if any) in the “Additional Information” section when making your booking.
- The activity provider will contact you before the activity date to confirm the pick-up time and location.
- Pick-up time: 15-45 minutes prior to the meetup time, depending on your pick-up location
- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up may not be possible.

- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- For customers not using the pick-up service, the meeting point will be at 8 Casino Drive, Broadbeach Island, Broadbeach. (between 3:30AM to 5:00AM)
