The EA tour guide, Mark was excellent, and very kind and thoughtful and took good care of us. Could give 5 star because we signed up for the more expensive tour with Eagle gondolas option for Arthur’s seat, but for unknown reason this was not included that day but Mark is so nice to go to the Murray lookout again on the way back because it was foggy when we first arrive in the morning.
