Really smooth and easy. Just scan the qr code received directly at the gantry. No need to swap for physcial tickets

Easy entry, but ticket does not include entry to museum.
Horrible. Did not even receive a QR code as promised. Had to buy another entrance ticket again on the day itself at Summer Palace. With young kids around, this was so inconvenient and such a waste of time. Also, they were overcharging.
