- Free waiting time of up to 15 minutes for hotel pick-up.
Pick-Up Information
- Terminal 1: Bay B6
- Terminal 2: Bay 9
- Terminal 3: BDO Bank. If the BDO Bank area is too crowded, please locate your driver at the “Meeting Point” sign a few steps away from BDO Bank.
- Terminal 4: Currently closed; all transfers will be handled at Terminal 2.

- Please present the QR code at entry. Barcode must be scannable. Photos or serial numbers are not valid.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 1 day before date of selection.
- No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 1 day before the date of selection.
- Expired tickets are not refundable
Voucher Use
- Present the scannable barcode QR code at the designated gate for direct entry
- Barcode must be scannable. Photos or serial numbers are not valid.
