ITINERARY:

Begin your Hunter Valley Wine Tour with breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour
as you cross the iconic Harbour Bridge, en route to one of Australia’s premier
wine regions, the Hunter Valley. Our tour offers a remarkable showcase of the
region, featuring a carefully curated selection of food and wine experiences
designed to delight your senses—there’s something for everyone!

The Hunter Valley is renowned for its Semillon, but it also boasts award-
winning varieties like Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Verdelho.
Stroll through picturesque vineyards and visit boutique cellar doors for an
immersive wine-tasting experience. Each cellar door has been handpicked for
its commitment to exceptional customer service and the quality of its wines,
offering two tastings before lunch and one in the afternoon.

For lunch, enjoy a delicious café-style meal at Cypress Lakes, set against the
stunning backdrop of Hunter Valley Village. After your meal, take some time to
explore the unique boutique shops and galleries, and indulge in local produce
with an educational cheese-making session at the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory.
If time allows, consider visiting the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, The
British Lolly Shop, Kissofire Hunter Valley Liqueurs, or The Garden Cellars;
any additional tastings will be at your own expense.

Conclude your day at our favourite boutique cellar door, saving the best for
last. Enjoy a structured tasting led by a vineyard representative, showcasing
their exquisite range of wines. After a day filled with memorable experiences
and camaraderie among fellow wine lovers, we’ll begin our journey back to
Sydney. Rest assured, we’ll provide comfort stops along the way, ensuring you
can relax after a day of indulgence. You’ll return to the city with ample time
to grab a meal or catch a show.

different wineries in the region, here’s a list of wineries we frequently
rotate between: Ernest Hill Wines, Hanging Tree Wines, Irongate Estate,
Savannah Estate, Constable, Tempus Two/Roche, Mount View Estate, Tintilla
Estate, and Mistletoe.

• Any meals not indicated within the itinerary - at the guest’s own expense. We provide plenty of opportunities for guests to support locals and buy lunch/dinner along the way.
• Hotel transfers pre/post tour itinerary to a nominated pickup point.
• Personal travel insurance is recommended in the event of cancellation.
• Spending money for personal items.

WHAT TO BRING:

Photo ID required, 1L refillable water bottle, small day bag 5-7kg, sunscreen,
hat, sunglasses, all-weather appropriate clothing, money for purchasing
produce along the way, camera to capture every moment!

CHILD POLICY:

Drinking age is 18+ yrs old. This tour is not suitable for 17 yrs and under.

WEATHER:

Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year
you are travelling and have packed adequate clothing. In the event of rain or
inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead, unless contacted by
the provider.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Mandatory Details: Mandatory passenger details are required at the time of booking, including phone number and date of birth.
• Dietary Requirements: While we endeavour to cater to most dietary needs, passengers must advise dietary requirements to their booking agent at the time of booking.
• Medical Conditions: The tour operator must be notified of any known medical conditions at the time of booking to assist in our guiding and ensuring the health and safety of all guests throughout the tour.
• Age Restrictions: The minimum drinking age is 18 years old, and photo ID is required. Not suitable for infants or children 17 years old and under, as it doesn’t include activities for children.
• Intoxication Policy: Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, you are asked to leave the tour, you will not be entitled to a refund. Please be advised it’s illegal to consume alcohol in a moving commercial passenger vehicle.
• Itinerary Variations: This touring route or itinerary may vary and is interchangeable to adapt to seasonal changes, weather fluctuations, and/or park or road closures.
• Mobility Considerations: This terrain is not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, wheelchairs, walkers, prams, or strollers.
• Baggage Limitations: Limited storage space on our vehicle, baggage kept to 1 x 5-7kg day bag per person. We are not able to accommodate travellers' suitcases on day trips; please store at your hotel whilst on tour.
