Highlights
Visit one of the Albanian's most magnificent mountains and experience the blessing and harmony from the sanctuary of the Gods, possessing a view of the horizon, hiking towards the holy mountain of Tomorr. During ancient and medieval times, as well as in Romantic literature it was envisioned as the Olympic mountain of Albanians, and the fairy house in the mountains, as the divine oracle of the nation.
Itinerary
Qafë Dardhë
SUV trip to the village of Qafe Dardhe (about 1 hour). Meeting with the shepherds and the mules. The rifing tour lasts around 2 hours. After arriving to the valley we will do a short hike of about 30 minutes to the castle of the mountain of Tomor. Later we will have a picnic lunch with local products. Than we will turn back and visit a local family in the Qafe Dardhe village.
