The purchasing flow via pelago was easy. No redemption (from vouchers to tickets) is needed. The booking confirmation email came with tickets, which is straight forward. We were glad that no queue with pre booked tickets, else will be at least 1hr queue through counter. The aquarium itself is worth for money, good experience and my teens are happy with it.

The aquarium and it's displays were grat, but what really made it it special was the service provided by the staff. My elderly mother in law was with us and the cheerful workers really helped to make her experience comfortable and wonderful. Thank you so much.
