- A consent form must be filled out before participating in the interaction.
- Photography is allowed, but please ensure the flash is turned off to protect the animals.
- Entry will be denied to guests who appear intoxicated.
- The shop is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to clothing; guests accept all risks of animal interaction.
- Avoid wearing strong perfumes or scented hand creams as animals are sensitive to smells.
- This experience is open to all visitors; however, guests under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Children under 11 years old require adult supervision at all times.

- The animal interaction area is located on the second floor, accessible via a spiral staircase.
