From here, the walking path will lead us to Lao Chai village, crossing endless rice fields in the shadow of majestic mountains, where we stop for lunch. Around 11:30-12:30 have lunch at a small restaurant where you can enjoy the great taste of a variety of local foods and try happy water. After lunch, we will pass through Lao Chai village, where you can see the people working in the rice fields, cultivating or harvesting depending on the time of year. After an hour and a half walk from Lao Chai table (2pm), you will learn about local culture, daily life and making traditional Hmong people.
