We had a wonderful group tour experience in Xi’an, visiting the Terracotta Army, Wild Goose Pagoda, and enjoying a city tour. The entire trip was well-organized and comfortable. Our tour guide, Carol, was excellent – very knowledgeable about the rich history of the sites and always happy to share interesting stories and answer questions. You could tell they genuinely cared about the group, always making sure everyone was comfortable and accounted for. The tour bus was clean and provided bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch, especially in the summer heat. We were given ample time to explore each site, take photos, and appreciate the surroundings without being rushed. There were also regular toilet stops and opportunities to grab snacks, which made the journey even more pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-paced tour. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to explore Xi’an’s historical treasures without the stress of planning everything yourself!

Good tour of xi’an. Guide is very helpful. But Pelago customer service is horrible
We were well taken care by our guide. Small group of us 4 only in a comfy car which provided warmth in respite of the cold and wet weather outside. Sufficient time allowed for walk around and photo taking after guide gave us a explanations of the interest spots
