- There will be no refund if you are late and miss the trip.

- The night before your trip, you will receive an email regarding important information such as the phone number of the tour guide and the license plate number of the car.
- Please make sure that your email and mobile phone can be reached.
- Each participant can carry one small handbag/backpack. If you need to carry suitcases or large luggage, please make a note when booking.
- Kindly understand that the itinerary schedule may be adjusted according to weather, road conditions and other reasons.
- The zoo is closed on certain dates. During these periods, the tour will be redirected to Biei Famous Tree, Biei Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Terrace of the Fairies or Shikisai no Ola, depending on the dates.
- In the event of heavy snow, the parking lot of Ningle Terrace isn't open to the public for the safety of tourists. The itinerary will be changed to include the Blue Pond (from Jan to Mar).

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.

Guide Rita was really friendly and informative. She was making sure that we were not missing the highlights of the tour and making the best of the trip. Though we did not get to see the ningle terrace due to snowstorm, it was still a good tour.
The tour itinerary differ from the itinerary listed in the booking website. The tour agency didn’t inform on the cancellation to the waterfalls, it was only inform on the actual day by the tour guide. Also, for the beie trees, the booking website did not inform them the trees were already chopped off, and that the tour bus will only drive pass without allowing participants to go down to take photo. All these information were only briefed by the tour guide on the actual day. If these information were informed by the tour agency beforehand, would’ve cancelled this tour and book on other tours instead.
Itinerary changed without prior information. Despite of going to natural tourist place, this agent brought us to the souvenir shop and amusement park, which required us to pay more if we want to pay inside the park.
