There are many enthusiasts who write to us for information on our Cooking Lesson. Our Cooking Class in Catania is aimed at those who want to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, discovering the unique flavors of our land, in a welcoming and stimulating environment. Each participant will be involved in the preparation of island dishes that can easily be replicated at home. Sicilian cuisine directly from Catania to your home!!!
The Cooking Class is held for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people and lasts more or less 3 hours.

Sicily is a land of Beauty and Art, among these, its world-renowned cuisine cannot be missing on the food and wine tour. Learn the art of preparing dishes from our island tradition and discover its unique flavors and influences with a cooking class that will introduce our gastronomic culture in a different way. It will be engaging to fasten your apron in Catania and prepare our caponata, spaghetti alla norma rolls with the guidance of a professional chef and taste our legendary cannoli. Finally, it will be nice to sit down with other friends to enjoy the excellent dishes that you yourself have prepared, in a stimulating environment where you have fun cooking, all combined with a good bottle of Sicilian wine... Menu suggestions 1) Typical Sicilian bruschetta 2) - Sicilian sweet and sour caponata - Spaghetti rolls alla norma - Cannoli 3)- Eggplant Parmigiana - Pasta with cherry tomatoes ricotta and basil - Cannoli
