Experience the spiritual side of Nepal on this 8-hour Yoga experience trip. You’ll be picked up at your accommodation in Kathmandu, and in addition to a full day of yoga practice you’ll enjoy all meals at the center, and accommodation. Detailed Program 05:30 Pickup and Transfer to Yoga Centre 06:15 Morning walk through the local village or mantra chanting and meditation 07:00 Shatkarma (yogic cleansing) 07:30 Asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing) 08:30 Breakfast 09:00 Seva (karma yoga): help with gardening, kitchen, and cleaning at the center 11:00 Meditation and yogic discussion 12:30 Lunch 13:00 Personal time: stroll, study, bathe 14:30 Yoga nidra (psychic sleep) 15:30 Seva (karma yoga): help with gardening, kitchen, and cleaning at the center 16:00 Tea break 16:30 Asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing) 18:00 End the activities then drive back to Hotel. *PLEASE NOTE THIS SCHEDULE IS TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE*.
