• Precautions

• No cancellations or refunds will be accepted within 48 hours of departure.

• The teaching is conducted with one instructor for every 10-20 people, but the actual situation depends on the supplier's arrangements on the day.

• The bus can only wait for 5 minutes within the designated meeting time. Latecomers will not be accepted for rescheduling or refunds. If any group member is late or the road conditions are poor, the pick-up and drop-off time may be delayed by 10-15 minutes.

• In the event of a collision with other tourists during skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication; medical or compensation costs must be borne by the individual.

• For safety reasons, it is prohibited to walk on the ski slopes while holding equipment. If you do not have ski equipment, you are not allowed to enter the ski area and can only rest in the catering area.

• Changes to booking details, departure date, or number of people within 24 hours of departure will incur a handling fee of JYP2,000 per person. Please ensure the correct number of people and departure date before booking.

• Ski equipment must be booked in advance. Changes to the plan and refunds cannot be made on-site. It is recommended to book lift tickets in advance for better prices.

• Children under 3 years old can ride for free if they do not occupy a seat, provided they have proof of age and this is noted in the booking notes. If this is not provided or the age is incorrect, a ride fee of JYP7,500 per person will be charged.

• Please be sure to provide instant messaging contact information so that we can confirm your departure.

• If you are unable to enter Japan due to personal reasons and request a refund, cancellation is not possible (e.g., travelers to countries requiring visas who have not applied for a visa).

• If a guest requests a rescheduling due to personal reasons, an additional rescheduling fee of 2,000 yen per person will be charged (payable in cash on-site).
