Haeundae Blue Line Park's coastal train and Sky Capsule are free for children under 36 months old accompanied by a guardian. A passport is required to prove age.

Seats on coastal trains are not reserved, so you may not be able to get a seat.

If there are 5 or more people using the Sky Capsule, they will board in two or more vehicles. In this case, there will still be one guide.

Coast trains and Sky Capsules may be suspended due to irregular inspections, heavy rain, typhoons, and other natural disasters. In such cases, ticket prices will be refunded on-site.

Cheongsapo Dalitl Observatory may be closed due to weather conditions such as rain, snow, strong winds, etc. In such cases, no refunds will be given.

BUSAN X the SKY is free for children under 36 months old accompanied by a guardian. A passport is required for age verification.

Guides do not accompany visitors to the observation deck.

Bringing drinks and food into BUSAN X the SKY is prohibited.

Large items such as strollers and large luggage cannot be brought into BUSAN X the SKY.

Lunch is served at a popular restaurant, so you may have to wait or queue.

BUSAN X the SKY may be unable to admit you due to operational reasons. In that case, we will refund your ticket price on site.

Due to the popularity of the Sky Capsule, it may be sold out and unavailable for boarding. In that case, we will refund the difference in fare locally and offer you an alternative one-way trip on the coastal train (if your itinerary includes the coastal train, we will offer you a round-trip ticket).
