Pick-Up Information
- Domestic Arrivals: Based on your flight number, landing time, and arrival terminal (displayed on the airport’s large TV screens), our driver will be waiting a little outside (not inside) holding a sign with your name. - Hotel Pick-Up: Be ready at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. The driver will confirm your name and time upon arrival. If the driver is late, please call our hotline: +84 913 317 474
- Pick-up Sign: Driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the main customer's name.

- 24 Hours Confirmation
- Please present the QR code at entry. Barcode must be scannable. Photos or serial numbers are not valid.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 1 day before date of selection.
- No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 1 day before the date of selection.
- Expired tickets are not refundable
Voucher Use
- Present the scannable barcode QR code at the designated gate for direct entry
- Barcode must be scannable. Photos or serial numbers are not valid.

Extremely nervous driver , keep looking at the map causing other drivers getting angry and had to use my phone to find the hotel ( very well known hotel in Hanoi ) since his phone had no data . Not the best service!
