This winter-limited special set menu, meticulously designed by Chef Nisekō,
blends a rich array of winter flavors.
We select the finest ingredients and present the unique, profound flavors of
winter in a luxurious way, inviting you to savor the ultimate feast.

"Sukiyaki Karafuki Yama" will present you with a refined world of Wagyu
sukiyaki.
Inheriting traditional techniques and craftsmanship from the first year of the
Taisho era, this dish allows you to savor the rich history and profound flavor
of Wagyu sukiyaki.
The craftsmanship and hospitality nurtured in Ningyocho, Tokyo, are now
offered to you in Niseko.
We select the richest ingredients naturally grown in Hokkaido and combine them
with top-grade Wagyu beef to create a perfect symphony of flavors. Adding
seasonal ingredients further enhances the dish, adding color and depth of
flavor.

Three appetizers: lily bulb chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), Wagyu beef
