1. To ensure a safe and pleasant journey, passengers are requested to follow
these guidelines:

2. Weather Conditions:
Rain: In the event of light rain, raincoats are usually provided. Passengers
can move to the lower deck (which is fully covered and air-conditioned).
3. Extreme Weather: Service may be temporarily suspended during storms or
high-wind warnings for safety.
4. Ticketing: Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digital or
