Operating Hours
  • Tuesday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
  • Closed on Mondays (except during public holidays).
Must Know
  • Please arrive at the entrance or lobby at least 15 minutes before your confirmed entry time.
  • Late arrivals will not be entertained or accommodated as the attraction operates on a strict time-ticketing system.
  • Strollers are not allowed inside the towers; however, storage/lockers are available on-site for your convenience.
  • Age is determined by the year of birth rather than the exact date of birth.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified.
Eligibility
  • Adult: 13–60 years old.
  • Child: 3–12 years old.
  • Senior: 61 years old and above (must present valid ID).
  • For Malaysians, a valid MyKad must be presented upon request.
  • International tickets are valid for all non-Malaysian travelers.
Child Policy
  • Child: 3–12 years old.
  • Infant: Below 3 years old (free entry).
  • All children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
