It’s like unlimited grab booking but instead of car, it’s tuktuk. Fun way to explore an area of Bangkok, great for sightseeing. Only issue is I booked with add on, hotel pick up/drop off, but the app does not allow me to book from and to my hotel. Had to book a grab to the nearest pick up point. Customer service is accommodating tho, they were supposed to send a ride in our hotel but we were just in a rush that time. They did drop us off at the hotel just need to coordinate with their customer service
It can be a little bit of a hassle to find the location where the Tuk Tuk can pick us up. Doesn’t vest Grab for convenience. But the Tuk Tuk itself is an experience, especially for kids. Would be nice if the sphere of places extended to the thonglor area.
