Infants under the age of 2 may travel free of charge, but they do not receive a bus seat or lunch. If bus seat or lunch is required, please book under the children's fare.

• If the minimum number of participants 10 is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.

• Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
• Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).

• If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
• We can accommodate your luggage and keep it in the bus luggage compartment during the tour.
• We provide earphone guides for your convenience during the tour. Please handle them with care and return them after use. In case of loss or damage, participants may be required to cover a replacement fee of up to 18,000 yen.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
