  • If you wish to upgrade the plan or add options not included in the package on the day of rental, an additional fee will apply.
  • The return deadline on the day of rental is 17:30. If the items are returned after this time, an additional fee of 2,200 yen per person will be charged. Returns after 18:00 on the same day are not accepted.If same-day return is not possible, please return the items during business hours on the next business day.
  • You may leave your luggage at the facility. Please ask the staff for details regarding fees.
