- Airport pick-up: Pick-up time is based on flight landing; free waiting 90 minutes from landing.
- Airport drop-off: Guests set pick-up time (recommend depart 4 hours before flight); free waiting 30 minutes.
- If the driver cannot reach the guest after the free-waiting window, the driver may leave and no refund will be given.
- Pick-up location changes are free up to 12 hours before the ride; thereafter 500 JPY/km based on address difference.
Must Know
- You cannot change the time of use within 48 hours before service start.
- Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle; cleaning fees may apply if the car is dirtied.
- Luggage capacity depends on passenger count; book a vehicle that can accommodate all luggage.
- Additional pick-up/drop-off locations incur fees from the second address (from 500 JPY/km).
- Overtime waiting fee: 3,000 JPY per 30 minutes (subject to driver’s next order).
- Flight delay over 2 hours and replacement vehicle unavailable → free cancellation. Weather/force majeure cancellations → free with proof.
