Restrictions
- Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One adult can accompany up to three children, and the accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket.
- If you fall under any of the following categories, you may not be able to experience the venue safely:
- Pregnant
- Using a wheelchair or cane
- Having difficulty walking independently
- Carrying a child
- Wearing footwear with unstable soles
Required items to bring & attire
- We suggest wearing comfortable and supportive footwear for your visit, such as athletic shoes. Given the areas with unstable footing, clothing that allows ease of movement is also recommended.

- Please enter within one hour from the start time selected at the time of ticket purchase.
The final admission time is 30 minutes before closing. You will not be allowed to enter after this time.

- The last order for original towels is accepted at 6:30 p.m.
- We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or troubles that occur within the facility, except in cases where the cause is attributable to our company.
- Please note that certain exhibits may be temporarily unavailable for experience due to maintenance reasons.
- Please note that luggage exceeding a length of 50cm is not allowed for entry.
- Please note that using assistive equipment, such as monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks, is strictly prohibited for photography.
- If the ticket cannot be used due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the facility, a refund will be issued.
