In our opinion, the best way to enjoy the Badlands National Park! This 22.5mi ride is best started in the early morning to make the most of the active wildlife and quiet park. Begin the day in Rapid City, we drive out to the Badlands (about 1hr) to begin the ride. We start at Pinnacles Overlook and follow the spectacular spires and formations along the main road of the park. There are plenty of opportunities to stop for wildlife, photographs and to enjoy the views! Your e-bike makes for easy work of the ride. As this is a point to point ride (not a loop), your guide will leapfrog along with van support as you enjoy the ride, and in many cases, ride portions with you as well. This way the vehicle will be available for us at the end of the ride, or as an option for those who may not want to complete the 22 miles. Take a break for lunch in the park surrounded by the spectacular badlands formations. There is time here to visit the visitors center or find some souvenirs. Please note* This is a quiet, slow road, however typically not recommended for children under 14yrs as you will be sharing the road with other vehicles. Some biking experience is ideal but not essential.
