QR code Voucher
*One QR code can be used for both the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (MOMAT) ticket and the Tokyo Subway Ticket.

The target audience is university students. There is no age limit; however, you will need to present your student ID when entering the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (MOMAT).

Admission to the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (MOMAT) is free for high school students and younger, individuals under 18, those aged 65 and older, and those with a disability certificate (including up to one accompanying person). Please present a student ID, health insurance card, driver’s license, or other proof of age, or a disability certificate.

・Special exhibitions are not included.
・Opening Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays). Last entry 30 minutes before closing.
・Closed: Mondays (If Monday is a national holiday or substitute holiday, the museum will be open and closed on the following weekday), during exhibition replacement periods, and on New Year’s holiday.

[Tokyo Subway Ticket]
・At the time of collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed.
Please bring a device that can display the “QR code” or print out the “QR code”.
*If you are unable to present the “QR code”, you may not use the voucher.
・Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.
・If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.).

In case of bad weather or other emergencies, the facilities will be temporarily closed. Please check the website of each facility before visiting.

The expiration date of the voucher:

Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
*As a rule, please visit on the date specified at the time of reservation. The museum may be closed for extended periods due to exhibition changes or other reasons.
*If the voucher is not used within the valid period, it will become invalid.
*Changes, cancellations, and reissues cannot be made for customer convenience.

[Tokyo Subway Ticket]
The paper ticket can be collected within 90 days from the date of purchase.
*The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.
*The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you start using it to pass a ticket gate.
*If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time is passed.
*If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.
*If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.

Q: How can I confirm my booking?
A: When your reservation is confirmed, we will send an email with instructions to the email address you provided. Please check the reservation details and the voucher with the QR code. You can also view your reservation information using the "Reservation Details" link in the email.

Q: Can I change or cancel my reservation?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or changes once a reservation has been made.
