Ticket is applicable to international guests with present a temporary residence card if they are residing in Vietnam.
Each Adult ticket can purchase up to 3 Child tickets. Children under 140cm and children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
The indoor area opens from 9:00 to 19:00. The outdoor area opens from 9:00 to 18:00.
The prices are inclusive of experiences at Indoor Water Park (heated water in winter), Outdoor Water Park, Ninja Kids'Park and Onsen (hot mineral bath, Himalayan salt rock sauna, dry sauna and essential oil sauna)
The promotion is not applicable for Combo Play & Eat ticket and cannot be combined with other promotions.

- Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 2 hours.
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before the selected date.
- No cancellation, changes, or refunds from 3 days before the visit.
- Present the e-voucher on-site.
- Valid only on the selected date and within operating hours.
- Invalid after expiration.
