Driver gave a text to inform that he was going to run slightly late. Driver was also very warm and friendly. Overall great service, would recommend

No communication from the transport company all the way until the time of my pick up.
Never get this transfer. No follow up from the transfer company on the pick up. No details provided even after Pelago CS contacted them. Extremely bad experience. Better off taking a uber!
