To begin with, we arrived there early at about 10:00 am in order to beat the tourist groups. It was a first visit for my wife although it was my second. Exchanging our Pelago purchase into a ticket was a breeze. The stunning view of Taipei is second to none. We had coffee and pastries at Kafe D , enjoying the outside view. The ferris wheel at Miramar was just another ferris ride, which we had better experience in Singapore and Sapporo in this recent Asian tour. The only comfort was the ability to see Taipei 101 in the distant but I this view will soon disappear because of an adjacent high rise construction.
