Stand-up Paddle (SUP) is a fantastic way to explore the spectacular beaches and caves of Polignano a Mare.
After a short practical lesson we will begin paddling along the coast, which with its natural beauty will immediately make us disconnect from the world and become one with the marine environment that surrounds us.
