• Children aged 3 and below are eligible for free admission and are not required to occupy a seat. Not provided with meals, or other tickets/services. Each adult is allowed to bring only one child eligible for free admission
  
• If you have a special request for an airport drop-off after the tour, please contact us in advance, and we'll be happy to assist with arrangements. Please note that the airport can only be the last drop-off point around 9:30 pm due to the itinerary. This is only suitable for flights scheduled after 11:30 pm.
• To ensure a seamless tour experience, we kindly request that you do not leave the tour group in advance or halfway. Failure to comply with this request may result in the cancellation of the tour without refunds
  
• Please consider that this tour involves a significant amount of transportation time. We advise guests, especially expectant mothers, to assess their health conditions carefully before making a booking. In the event of any physical discomfort during the tour, participants acknowledge and accept the associated risks and liabilities that may arise from not receiving immediate medical treatments
  
• Please note that the scheduled tour itinerary is subject to change based on traffic conditions on the day of the tour
  
• Traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) may result in changes to the itinerary, delays, or even the cancellation of certain attractions. We kindly ask you to consider these factors before making your booking
  
• The provided itinerary and return time are estimations, as traffic is not a controlled factor. It is advisable to keep your schedule clear for the evening, allowing flexibility in case of any potential delays
• Each person is entitled to one seat on the bus. Requests for specific seats cannot be accommodated. Depending on the participation status, travelers may be seated next to individuals of a different gender

🚙 Pick-Up Information:

• Guests must wait in the hotel lobby for 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. 
• The operator will contact guests one day before the tour to confirm details.
• The driver guide will be assigned based on the operator arrangement of the day
  
• The driver guide will wait up to 10 minutes; if guests do not appear, it will be considered a no-show.
  
• During pick-up, the operator will display a KKday sign in the hotel lobby for easy identification.
  
• A surcharge will apply for specified pick-up locations; please refer to the image above for rates per person, KKday will contact you after booking confirmation if your area incurs a surcharge, so be sure to book the surcharge package.
  
• If your pickup location is outside the tour operator's service range, your booking might be canceled

• Please be aware that the menu may change. If the original restaurant is unavailable, an alternative restaurant and menu of equal value will be arranged. We reserve the right to adjust the menu and itinerary as needed to ensure a smooth tour experience.
• Pork-free meals can be arranged; kindly leave a remark when placing your order.

• Please ensure you bring sufficient cash for personal purchases, as some stops may not accept card payments.

• This unique experience is available only during the blooming season
• Entrance fee of RM30 to RM50 per person. 
• Please note that Rafflesia is often found in local residents' backyards
