Enjoy our family-friendly experience around the grape farms of Lake Country. As the name suggests, there are a number of lakes in the vicinity of Lake Country, and outside the municipal boundaries in the hills to the east. Okanagan Lake defines the western boundary of the municipality, while the entirety of Wood Lake and the southernmost portion of Kalamalka Lake are encompassed by it.
Not sure about Riesling? There are a multitude of choices that are wayyyyy different than what you may have tried at Grandma's house years ago. Sugar content is down. Flavours are abundant. If you like spicy or asian cuisine, you'll want to have a bottle on hand.
