The visit to the abbey lasts approximately 2/3 hours. Stop for two hours at the village of The trulli, limestone houses found in the southern region of Puglia, are notable examples of construction with dry stone walls (without mortar), a prehistoric construction technique still in use in this region. The trulli are made of roughly worked limestone boulders collected from nearby fields. Site recognized by UNESCO, a World Heritage Site.
