- There is no hotel pickup included. Please head directly to one of the boarding stations:
- Wulai Trolley Station: Walk 15 minutes from Wulai Old Street, passing Lansheng Bridge to reach the entrance.
- Trolley Waterfall Station: Located next to the waterfall viewing platform beneath Wulai Cable Car Station.
- Upon arrival, present your QR code to staff for validation before boarding.
- Operating hours vary by season:
- Summer (July–August): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rest of the Year: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Closed for maintenance on the first Tuesday of each month. If the date falls on a public holiday, the closure will be postponed to the following day.
- Departure times are not fixed and depend on passenger volume throughout the day.
- The Wulai Trolley is Taiwan's last remaining light railway, originally built to transport timber and now operating as a nostalgic tourist attraction.
