- Each session lasts 2 hours.
- The rink can get crowded on weekends and public holidays; weekdays are less busy.
- Redeem your voucher at the ticketing counter for a wristband (must be worn at all times inside the facility).
- Participants must be 4 years old and above to skate.
- All guests aged 4+ require a paid ticket (same rate as adults).
- Children aged 4 years and above are charged the same rate as adults.
- Children under 4 years old are not permitted on the ice.

Everything was good: the ticket redemption process was fast, the instructions were clear, and the rink was well iced when I entered. Highly recommend!
Overall quite good. Especially with the booking everything's a lot more efficient. I would recommend to upgrade to the premium skates as the normal ones are incredibly hard and will hurt your feet badly
