    Afro Dance Fitness Workout to Afrobeats Music! - warm up with basic afrodance steps / elements - full body exercises with own weight (body toning, cardio, sculpt and muscle strength) - dynamic afro dance moves - cardio intensive afrobeat song - stretching and cool down - work out in a group - for all levels - party and dance with me! You absolutely don’t have to be a dancer or fitness geek to join this easy to follow class! Wether you’re a beginner or have fitness experience - everyone all ages is welcome!
