You will need to arrive 1 hour before your selected flight time.
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Arrive at least 1 hour before your selected flight time.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
- All participants must sign a Statement of Risk waiver form.
- Participants must be aged 3 years and older
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Weight limit:
- Under 105kg if under 180cm
- Under 115kg if over 180cm
- Flyers over the standard weight limit but under 135kg may be accommodated with an experienced instructor, subject to availability, with a $30 special request fee. This must be arranged at least 7 days in advance. The iFLY High package is not available to those over the standard weight limit.
- Not suitable for pregnant individuals, those with neck, back, or heart conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
- Participants must not have a history of shoulder dislocation or be wearing a hard plaster cast.
- The state-of-the-art, fully-controlled, ultra-safe environment makes indoor skydiving accessible for people of any ability.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before your selected activity date. No refunds can be issued if cancelled less than 3 days before your selected activity date.
