Monday - Sunday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- When outdoor temperatures exceed 26°C (79°F), giant pandas are moved indoors to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Panda Villas 4, 5, and 6 do not have indoor exhibition halls; during hot weather, please visit Panda Villas 1, 2, 3, or 7, the Moonlight Delivery Room, or other sections.
- Morning visits are recommended, as pandas are most active during feeding time.
- Valid photo ID or passport
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen)
- Water bottle and camera
- Wheelchair accessible along main paths and observation areas.
- Elevators and ramps available at major exhibit areas.
- Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.
