No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. Individual/single travelers accepted to join if assisting we already have registered participants. Single travelers to standby at Berjaya Times Square Main Entrance for pickup. (Please contact with us for check availability)
Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat in case of rain, as the tour will proceed as scheduled, even in wet weather conditions

Fun guy. Even saw a Batik Factory. And the highlight was all the preparation for Thaipussam
Great tour with individual time at batu caves, then opportunity to learn about batik at a local store. Some time allotted for shopping there but you need to be quick!
Interesting and cultural. Chandran the tour guide was informative and entertaining. He shared tips and anecdotes. Certainly worth a visit. However climbing the 276 steps in the humid weather may be a challange for some.
