Highlights
The beaches around Jeffreys Bay are home to some of the most spectacular in South Africa—perfect for trying out the sport of sandboarding. Similar to snowboarding, sandboarding is easy to learn and a fun way to enjoy this natural environment. An instructor and equipment are provided for this 2-hour activity. Choice of morning or afternoon departure time when booking. Make a day of it and combine it with our Kayaking Trip on the lagoon.

The beaches around Jeffreys Bay are home to some of the most easy to get to and fun sand dunes in South Africa— perfect for trying out the sport of sandboarding. Similar to snowboarding, sandboarding is easy to learn and a fun way to enjoy this natural environment. An instructor and equipment are provided for this 2-hour activity. You will have both Standing and Sitting Boards to try. Choice of morning or afternoon departure time when booking. Please note this activity cant take place on wet dunes, so needs a day or two after it rained for dunes to dry out. Spectators welcome to join group to watch at no cost.

A small amount of walking is involved, about 300m to the dunes along the beach
Due to uneven surfaces, sand dunes, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
