Once you have booked our service, Viator will promptly send you a confirmation ticket. We will be notified of your booking and will add it to our platform, which initiates our communication. If we need to reach out to you, we will do so through the Viator messenger, and you can do the same. One day before your service, you will receive important information about your driver and the pick-up details to ensure a smooth and timely pickup. We kindly ask you to keep your mobile phone turned on at all times, as we will keep you updated every step of the way. Our system will send you notifications regarding the driver's status.
