• Arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes before departure — the tour will leave promptly.

• Cruise times may be adjusted or cancelled due to ship conditions or bad weather. If so, you’ll be notified by email from customer service.
• Vessel models may change due to maintenance, private bookings, or other operational needs.
• The Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show operates from April to October, but may be cancelled due to weather or at the discretion of the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
• If your preferred time slot is unavailable, customer service will reach out via email to help reschedule.

• Light, portable snacks are allowed on board.
• If delays from traffic, weather, or force majeure lead to missed activities, please contact customer service for a partial refund.
• Review your reservation details carefully before visiting — especially directions to Jamsil Pier, ID requirements, and cancellation terms.
• AR fishing games may not work properly depending on mobile signal strength.

• A minimum of 20 participants is required for the tour to proceed.
• If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

• Adult ticket required for guests 13 years and older.
• Child ticket required for guests 3 to 12 years old.
• Infants under 36 months enjoy free admission (passport required)

• Pets are not allowed on board.
• Electric wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed on board. Foldable strollers may be permitted after folding.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 3 hours.

• A 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 3 days before the selected date.
• A 70% refund will be provided for cancellations made 2 days before the selected date.
• A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 1 day before the selected date.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the activity.

• Please present your e-voucher and passport at the ticket counter on-site.
• Visit the E-Land Jamsil ticket office 10 minutes before departure, show your voucher, and complete the boarding form.
