• If the reserved time is exceeded, an extension of up to 1 hour is possible

- The Time option you select in the package is estimated. Each Time slot refers to a 29 mins period (Example: Time slot 3:00 is counted from 3:00 - 3:29)

- Please specify the correct number of luggage in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking; if the luggage and passenger numbers exceed the vehicle capacity, requests for vehicle changes or booking cancellation may incur
[SERVICE-USING GUIDELINES]
- Please contact customer service immediately if there's an unexpected situation. To extend the grace period, the rate varies based on the time period but will be charged by every 30 minutes. The extension request is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee is to be paid to the driver directly on-site.
- Please wait for the driver if you arrive early.
- If you fail to show up within the grace period for airport pick-up, fail to notify the driver in advance, and cannot be reached, the driver will leave and refunds will not be granted.
- Pick-up could be delayed due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, and road accident.

The experience is good and the agency who took care of us was called PeakTime. The driver was very helpful as I had elderly who needed help for in and out the car. Also we wanted to stop for additional stop when we drove pass a pearl factory and the driver was happily made a turn to drop us there. We had even an unforgettable kind offer on our second day booking which we were very glad to use PeakTime service. I will keep that to the other comment. No regard to use their service at all! Please use their service if you are going to Phu Quoc!
This was our second booking for the trip and the agency who took care of us was still PeakTime. We provided our itinerary upfront including a stop to VIN wine factory. The driver sent us to a retail instead but I thought was ok as I did not like the wine and it won’t make much difference. After the 4 hours car rental finish, the agency offer free transport including buggy service after our Kiss of the Sea show at night which took almost an hour for the whole transportation time. This is not only a cost saving matter but also a save of time and trouble for tpt arrangement as I know it will be very crowded after the show. I really appreciate the free offer and kind gesture and this is what we call “go beyond the extra miles”. Thank you PeakTime and I will like to return just because of their excellent service.
