On the second basement floor of Hilton Plaza West, a three-minute walk from Osaka Station. Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa is operated by an eel wholesaler established in 1932. The restaurant's history is backed up by its discerning taste and attention to ingredients. The "Ippon Unagi" and the craftsmanship of the chefs can be seen in the "Live Kitchen," where the Japanese food culture that has been passed down since the establishment of the restaurant and the desire to "deliver the true form of the eel" can be seen.
