Redeem your smartphone voucher at Big Bus Visitor Center at 99 Jefferson Street or at any Big Bus hop-on hop-off stop. You can join a tour from any stop
Note that the last Day Loop bus will depart at 5 pm from October 15 through March 15, and at 6 pm from March 16
Yellow Loop hop-on, hop-off tour departs from Union Square
Your hop-on hop-off ticket can be used up to 14 days after the selected travel date but cannot be used before the selected date
