— Important Info —

• The charter service operates depending on the chosen hours
• In the case of pick-up or drop-off at Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi International airport, applied surcharge of 100 Baht per vehicle.
• For service, must be booked at least 12 hours before the departure time
• For waiting time, in case we can contact customers we will wait for them as per their request. But in case we can not contact customers we will wait for them up to 120 minutes from pick up time then will count as "no show" if it's longer than 120 minutes.
• All destinations can depart from Bangkok except Phuket

• The overtime fee is 500 THB per hour

  
  

• For charter service, it is not permitted to use the vehicle similar to public transportation. Example, pick up customer group A drop at Place A, then back to pick up customer group B drop at the same place or another place, then back to pick up customer group C drop at the same place or another place.

  
  

• For vehicle services between 23:59 - 05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.

  
  

• There are additional charges for some locations, and if the vehicle crosses provinces, confirmation from the operator is required. The operator will notify you once your location is confirmed.

  
  

• All charter services begin and end in Bangkok within the selected duration of 8, 10, 12 hours, 2 or 3 days. The total charter time includes both the outbound trip and the return journey to Bangkok. For instance, a 12-hour Pattaya charter from Bangkok allows for travel from Bangkok to Pattaya and back to Bangkok within that time frame. If the service starts in Bangkok but the customer requests a drop-off in Pattaya or another province and use the car service whole time frame, an additional drop-off fee of 500 to 1,000 THB per vehicle will apply, depending on the drop-off location.

• Animals and pets are not permitted on the vehicle under any circumstance.

• In the case required to pick up at the airport, the meeting location information is as follows:

• Suvarnabhumi Airport
  
  - International flight AND Domestic flight: Meeting point is between Gate 3
  and Gate 4. (Opposite Information Counter)"
