- Pass must be exchanged at designated JR EAST exchange locations in Japan.

- The name on the booking must exactly match the name on the passport.
- The pass is valid only for the named holder and is non-transferable.
- Lost or stolen passes cannot be reissued.
- Additional fees apply if you travel outside the covered area.
- Available only to non-Japanese passport holders.
- A valid passport must be presented during purchase, exchange, and use.
- Adult: Age 12 and above.
- Child: Age 6–11.
- Children under 5 years require a child pass if a reserved seat is needed.
- Age classification is based on the age at the time of purchase.
- Valid passport (mandatory).
- E-Ticket or exchange voucher.
- Accessibility varies by train station and service.

- Instant confirmation upon successful booking.
- Before exchange: Refund available with a 10% refund fee.
