2. Ganban’yoku Sauna
- A traditional Japanese therapy that uses heated stone slabs radiating infrared rays to detoxify, beautify the skin, and warm the body from deep within. At KOBI Onsen Resort, you can experience four unique Ganban rooms:
- Hot Stone Sauna – gently warms the body from within, easing pain, boosting immunity, supporting weight loss, and enhancing relaxation
